The making

The smallest in the family — a cinched, cloud-faded pouch for the days you want to carry almost nothing.
The pouch begins where the totes end. The cloud-fade cloth is cut generously for the larger bags, and the loveliest offcuts — the ones with the most movement in the dye — are set aside rather than discarded. They become this.
Gathered at the top with a drawstring and dropped into a soft round, it holds a phone, cards, a key, a folded note. Not much more, and that's the whole idea. A counterweight to bags that ask you to fill them.
